Welcome to our newest challenge from our Design Team at Color Dare! We have some fun colors for you to use and can't wait to see what you make with them!
We reference Close To My Heart colors but you can use any brand you have as long as you can make a very close match. Kind of close doesn't count. Make any paper craft you like. when you're ready to join the challenge use the link in the post on our home page.
In the challenge we tell you to use at least 3 of the colors. I ended up using all the colors! Using my Cricut I cut out the word happy in all the color except Mink. I glued them with Tombow Liquid Glue so they were offset layered onto each other. The balloon and string were Cricut cut from Gold Glitter paper and Silver Foil. The spatters around the edge of the card were done with matching colors of Shimmer Brushes. The balloon is popped up with some Thin 3D Foam Tape.
