bunny Birthday Card ~ Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #507

Welcome to a new Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge! Use our sketch to make any paper craft you like. You can rotate, flip, flop, etc., the sketch. We just need to be able to see the sketch in your project.

I started with a card base from the White Cards & Envelopes Value Pack. I love keeping this item in my stash so I'm always ready to make a card. It's a real deal, too! The pattern paper is from the Storybook Paper Pack (link is below). I love how Close To My Heart creates pattern papers that have some theme specific designs and some generic for anything use! Here I've used the generic pattern for my card.

The cardstock colors used are White Daisy, Most and Melon. The cute little bunny is from a retired stamp set called Floating By. Glitter Papers are Melon and Mist. Exclusive Inks are Intense Black, Melon and Mist. Some Melon Dots finish the look.

Close-up of the bunny and how I colored it. The shading is very easy with our TriBlend Markers. You get 3 shades of the color in each marker. Here I used the light and medium shades of the Ice Grey Blend and Coral Blend markers. I used a journal pen to connect the ends of the string to the balloon.

I hand drew a couple lines so it looks like the little bird is saying Happy Birthday! Simple detail and fun!
