Sunset Card ~ Color Dare #671

Well you know what Friday means around here....right? Every Friday our team at Color Dare presents you with a new set of colors to challenge your creativity. You have two weeks for each challenge to create and share your project. create any paper craft you like. For this challenge you must use both colors shown in the graphic. In addition to those 2 colors we give you some Free colors to add if you choose. See the graphic for that info. Do not add any extra colors to your project. If you are combining challenge be careful of the colors you use.

When I looked at this challenge I immediately thought of a sunset. I blended the colors on one of the larger labels from the ephemera Pack. I love having the gold frame around the focal image.

The Wooded Acres stamp set recently retired, but you can use this idea with any silhouette type stamp. The rest of the design was kept simple to let the sunset colors shine. Speaking of shine, I spattered some Wink of Stella all over the image to add a nice shimmer. 

The image is popped up on Stampin' Dimensional foam. The twine is black and gold and goes well with the overall look. A few gold sequins finished the look.
