National Stamping Month Blog Hop--You Are My Happy

Hello and welcome! September is National Stamping Month and we have a very special offer for you... A triple stamp set called You Are My Happy! This blog hop will share tons of creative ways to use You Are My Happy. So it back and get ready for some fun!

If you've arrived from Melinda Everitt's blog you're on the right path. Just click the link at the end of my post to continue the hop!

It was so much fun creating with this set! I have a layout and a few cards to share with you now. I'm sure I'll have more ideas posted soon! Let's get started! I've paired up Your Are My Happy with  the Sarita paper kit. Love those colors!

The layout is pretty quick and easy. Some of the images from You Are My Happy can be seen in the journalling, flowers and heart accent.  Embellishments are Green & Blue Epoxy Bubbles, Base & Bling Floral Accents and Outdoor Denim Chevron Ribbon.

Then I switched to making cards! This butterfly card is much prettier in real life. I stamped the image in Cotton Candy, Lagoon and Gypsy. Markers were used to accent just the body. I wanted sparkles to match the body color but we don't have sparkles in those colors. OH WAIT! YES WE DO! All you need to do is take your Exclusive Inks Marker and color the sparkles! The alcohol ink works great for this technique. You will get a lighter version of the marker color, so give it a few coats until you get the shade you like!

I just love this little hedgehog and message! I used a water pen to color the images this time. It's hard to tell in the photo, but I also used some Glitz Glitter Gel on the flowers and sun.

Now it's time to hop on over to see what creative ideas
Elizabeth Mindemann has to you!

Wanna see the entire set? Take a look! Just think about all the things you can create with this stamp set! Click here to find out how you can get this triple stamp set for only $10 (retail value $47.90)! It's available from Sept. 1-30, 2013. Order yours now!

Thanks for hopping by! Enjoy all the great inspiration you'll find along the way!

Happy Hopping!
Michelle
