July ~ Jump On It Blog Hop

It's time for another special hop from the Stamp of the Month Consultants!
Close To My Heart is offering a really great deal this month and you don't want to miss out!

If you've hopped over from Nikka Geers' blog you're on the right track. Just keep clicking the links to continue on the hop!

So back to the Jump On It deal for July! During this month with only a $25 order of stamps, you can get the Stamp of the Month FREE ......OR.....chose any one of the Hostess Rewards sets for only $5! Thats right....get a Hostess Rewards set without hosting a gathering. Hostess Reward sets are featured in Annual Inspirations (pages 5-10) and Seasonal Expressions 2 (pages 4-5).

I created this layout using Picture My Life cards from the Chantilly collection. This is an easy way to scrapbook! You can use our pocket page protectors to slip in the cards and your photos and ..... voila....you're done! BUT... you can also use them in traditional scrapbooking and paper crafting projects, too!

The bird and butterflies are from the Hostess Reward set called Paper Bird. There is also a heart image and I stamped that under the butterfly on the right. The bird and butterflies are paper-pieced to give a 3D texture. I simply stamped them twice and cut out wings to place on top of the base image using a piece of 3D Foam on one end to pop it up. I also used the Stamp of the Month: Life is Wonderful in the upper left corner. To pull colors together I stamp rolled the word Wonderful. After adding some embellishments it was done!
