Can you believe it's April already?!!! That means it's time for our Stamp of the Month Hop. This month we have a stamp set called Color Your Life that is very powerful in the sentiments.
So here we go!
If you came from the blog of Stefani Ewing you're on the right path. Just keep clicking the links in each post to continue along on the hop.
As you may know the Stamp of the Month is only available during the featured month. That means that Color Your Life is only available from April 1-30, 2018. At the end of the month it's gone and a new Stamp of the Month comes along.
So I was feeling a bit under the weather when I made this card. I'm not sure if that was good or bad. LOL I ended up making this kind of sassy card. We've all got to keep a sense of humor right? Anyway, I stamped the background using the leaves and sentiment. Do you notice the lines/streaks on the word Celebrate? I did that by inking up the stamp and then dragging it across the ink pad before stamping. It's a fun technique that is easy to do! Next I got out the stamp that said Courage and snipped of the AGE since that is the only part I wanted to use. That's a great thing about our My Acrilyx stamps! Because they are acrylic you can cut them apart but easily put them back together when you want the full image. I colored in the image with a marker and layered on cardstock. The Sparkles are clear so I colored them in with the same marker. Now scroll down to see the somewhat sassy sentiment on the inside of the card.
