Rad Dad - Masculine Themed Hop

Welcome to our hop featuring the men in your life. If you've come from Brenda Lapp's blog you're doing great. Click on the link in each post to continue along on the hop.

For this special hop we're featuring masculine ideas. I decided to go with a layout with masculine tones but you could easily change the colors to make a more feminine layout for those female heroes in your life.

I used the Pattern #8 from the Make It from Your Heart Vol. 3 book. Our How-to books make scrapping and card making easy peasy! Make it just as it shows in the book or use the pattern as a starting point and make any adjustments you like. For my layout I added the banners at the top.

Notice the streaking on the #1? To get that effect I inked the stamp and then dragged it across the ink pad before stamping. It creates a nice texture doesn't it.

  3. A fun page for a masculine occasion! They are always challenging for me to design so I have a great appreciation for them!
