New Product Blog Hop

With the launch of our December/November Catalog it's time to show off some of the new products you're going to love! This is a hop so it's one big circle. The blog before mine is Katy Taylor. Click the link in each post to hop to the next blog. Click here for a list of all participants. So sit back and get ready for some awesome products and ideas for how to use them!

This catalog is mostly about the Holidays and there are tons of exciting things for that. I chose to go off the path a bit and use this adorable stamp set with really fun flower images and beautiful sentiments. I did a multi level stamping technique. I laid the smaller white cardstock on the card front  using some washi tape to hold it in place. Then I stamped the images placing some on both pieces of cardstock. Because of the difference in height you get a slight imperfection when stamping where the cardstock pieces meet. That's where the color mat comes it because it not only accents the top layer it also covers up those little imperfections!

After stamping I used a water brush and ink from the stamp pad lid to color the flowers. Finally, I gave some touches of sparkle on flower centers in black and in the little diamonds in a white.
