Wrestling Layouts ~ Color Dare #497 Tic Tac Toe

It's Tic Tac Toe time at Color My Heart Color Dare! We have a fun grid of colors for you to work with making any paper craft you like. Pick your colors by row, column or diagonal. After that if you want to use more of the colors in the grid you can.  

We reference Close To My Heart colors but you can use any brand you have as long as you can make a very close match. Kind of close doesn't count.  When you're ready to join the challenge use the link in the post on our home page.

I used the left column of colors: Bluebird, Clover and Candy Apple + Lemonade, Capri, Nectarine & Flamingo. 

Honestly I wasn't too excited about this pack of paper when I first saw it. But then my daughter sent these photos of my grandsons at their wrestling meet and I knew it was a perfect match! I used one of our How-to Books to get me started. Make It from Your Heart Volume 3, Pattern 3 is what I used. You get all the info you need for cutting, placement and even a couple sample photos! 

I had photos of both boys and decided to use the same pattern for each with some adjustments to make the layouts a little different for each boy. 

I added images from the sticker sheet and coordinating stamp set. I also added some 3D images from the Acrylic Shapes pack for this suite. Cardstock used was White Daisy and Bluebell. Exclusive Inks colors: Candy Apple, Clover, Bluebell (2nd generation), Lemonade.

Both layouts came together very quickly and I love how they turned out! I know my grandsons will be excited to add them to their scrapbooks, too!
