September/October New Product Blog Hop

Not only is it time for the launch of our NEW September/October catalog but also our NEW Core catalog! How much fun is that?!!! In order to show you some of the fantastic products we are doing this blog hop featuring products from each of the new catalogs. It's one big circle so just keep clicking the link in each post to move to the next blog in the hop. The one before mine belongs to Janet Royer.

When I was paging through the Core Catalog I stopped and stared at the Floral Details and Background stamp set! My mind started forming all kinds of ideas for using this set. Below you'll see a set of 4 cards I made and I'm really pleased with how they turned out.

I stamped, embossed, die cut and blinged them up. Each one has it's own look and yet they all go together as a set. Scroll down for a closer look.

These two cards are both silver embossed on our NEW Color fo the Year: Bluebell. The photo just doesn't do it justice. The left card was matted with the light side of Bluebell. The right card was matted on Sapphire. The sentiment on the right was stamped in Sapphire Pigment Ink and Clear Embossed. Bluebell Sequins adds a beautiful touch.

The next 2 cards were made with Bluebell and Pewter cardstock. The top card has a stamped background and on the Bluebell cardstock the images are Clear Embossed for a tone on tone look. On the bottom card the sentiment layers were die cut with our NEW Stitched Fancy Brackets Thin Cut. The layers are the same size but I just trimmed the stitched line to make the white cardstock a bit smaller to layer on top of the Bluebell layer. This card also has some Silver Thread along with more sequins for both cards.

Isn't this stamp set BEAUTIFUL! This is s set you can't miss out on! It NEEDS to be part of your supplies! The Happy Birthday and Thank You Kindly sentiments are sized to fit perfectly in the center of the circle. You can find them on the same page of the catalog along with a couple more.
