For this challenge I wanted to scrap this layout of my grandson. He discovered the game King of the Hill wasn't as easy as he thought it would be. Just another one of those Life's Lessons.
I tool my colors from his jacket: Pewter and Honey Butter. Cardstock colors are White Daisy and Honey Butter. Exclusive Inks color is Pewter. Silver Glitter Gems were used as accents for the snowflakes.
What about those snowflakes? Such an interesting look! Well for that I used our new Stamping Foam to create the reverse image look. You warm the foam block with a heat tool then press it against the stamp. Viola! You have the reverse image! I then inked it up and stamped on the cardstock. the ink is the background and leaves the image in white since I was using White Daisy cardstock. Look at all that detail from the stamp image! This stamp set is actually the November Stamp of the Month which is no longer available. However, you can get a similar look with the Unique Snowflakes stamp set. It's also fun to experiment with lots of other stamp sets, embossing folders, Thin Cut dies, etc.
